Following a personal email/video from Gary Chan at Bridgwater, with news of a special deal if i traded in my old mini, I decided to have a look. He and Darren soon found a car that matched my requirements and were extremely helpful. No pressure.

Overall even though I couldn't get my mini at the agreed date, we just rearranged a date once the mini had arrived at the centre. The day I was collecting my new mini the computer system failed so I had to wait 4 hours before I could drive it home.

The sales person I dealt with was friendly and personable, i was kept updated pre delovery. I felt that the handover was a bit unstructured and not as good as previous BMW experience. There was an issue with the boot closing which left fingermarks

Issues were rectified once Claire became aware. Claire ensured the work was carried out. Claire provided exceptional customer service.

Dropped car off for a service. Later received a call that additional work was needed. Tried to call back on 5 occasions. When I got there single service staff was working flat out yet all other staff not even helping to answer the phone.

Generally satisfied although the last wash/hoover was dire with dust left on the seats, mats not removed so left grit around the edges of the mat on the carpet. Water staining on the bodywork. Far from the usual high standard.

The cost of the service is very expensive and items are changed due to age regardless of actual wear and tear. Disappointed with the service level of the Vertu Bridgwater. Service desk is undermanned in peak hours.

Not very happy. Waiting room was freezing. After 2 hours i got my car back from a brake fluid change and had to do a U turn and come back down the motorway as my screen wash was not working. Apparently the pipes had got wrapped around the brake pipes

Was not told mini would need to be kept overnight, on pick up was given keys but couldn't find it as was still in the workshop, was asked 3 times if I wanted it cleaned, it was not cleaned and returned with dirty window inside and rags in the back.
